Download a color profile
The profiles linked below may be used to simulate output from our printers
on a profiled printer or monitor in your office. They can only give accurate
color simulations if your printer or monitor has recently been calibrated
and an updated custom profile for your device has been created. Printing on
any other printer or displaying on any other monitor will not give accurate
results. If you would like more information on how to have your monitor or
printer profiled, please e-mail us.
Profiles are updated on a regular basis. Please check back for new profiles if your profiles are more than three or four months old.
Make sure you download the color profile for the correct printer and media. To download a selected output profile, simply click on its link below. All profiles are Mac aand Windows compatible. On all platforms, any open programs will have to be closed and reopened before using the newly installed profiles. A full restart is not necessary.
Mac OS X Instructions
After downloading, place the .icc file in Library/Colorsync/profiles.
Mac OS 8.x-9.x Instructions
After downloading, place the .icc file in System Folder : ColorSync Profiles.
If you are using ColorSync to control your color management, designate our
profile as "Output", and your printer's profile as "Proofer"
in the ColorSync Control Panel.
Windows 98 Instructions
After downloading, place the .icc file in C:\windows\system\color.
Windows NT
After downloading, place the .icc file in C:\WINNT\system32\color. Please
note that NT does not support ICC Color Management directly; only programs
with internal Color Management engines (such as Adobe Photoshop) will function
with ICC profiles.
Windows 2000 & XP
After downloading, place the .icc file in C:\WINNT\system32\spool\drivers\color.
Right-click on the profile, and select Install Profile in the pop-up menu.
The icon will turn from gray to white when it is active.
